We exist to make Scotland programmes easier to sell, smoother to deliver, and better for guests.
Who we are
Signature Collection Scotland is a destination management company headquartered in Livingston, with an office in Aberdeen. We plan and deliver programmes across Scotland for travel agencies, corporate planners and travel advisors.
Our work covers incentives, meetings, luxury FIT and VIP travel, golf, whisky and culinary experiences, adventure, transport and event production. We handle the destination — you handle the client.
We don't do weddings. We do programmes that need to run smoothly at scale — from 15 to 2,000 guests — and the kind of detail that makes the difference between a good trip and one people talk about.
How we work
You send the brief. We respond within 24 hours with next steps, smart questions and a clear plan for proposal timing.
From there, we handle supplier coordination, transport planning, routing, production and on-the-ground delivery so you can focus on the client relationship and the bigger picture.
We're direct, practical and proactive. If something needs flagging — availability, routing, timing, budget — we'll tell you early and clearly, not after it becomes a problem.
